If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations for an objective reason, you may submit a complaint in accordance with the conditions below.<\/p>\n

\u00a01. Acceptance of Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Complaints are accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n

  • Damaged product upon delivery (spilled, broken, or with damaged or compromised packaging);<\/li>\n\n
  • Product with an expired shelf life at the time of receipt;<\/li>\n\n
  • Incorrect product received or part of the order is missing;<\/li>\n\n
  • The product does not match the description on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Please note that we do not accept complaints based solely on individual taste preferences.<\/em><\/p>\n

    \u00a02. Timeframe for Submitting a Complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    Please submit a complaint\u00a0within\u00a0<\/strong>24<\/strong>\u00a0of receiving the shipment<\/strong>by notifying us in writing using the contact information below. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the complaint will be resolved.<\/p>\n

      • Number of the order;<\/li>\n\n
      • Short description of the problem;<\/li>\n\n
      • Attach 1-3 clear pictures of the package and the product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n
      • Our team will review the case and will contact you as soon as possible.\u00a0Within 2 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a04. Acceptance of a Complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        If the complaint is approved, we will offer one of the following options:<\/p>\n\n

        • Replacement with a new product from the same series (within up to 3 business days);<\/li>\n\n
        • Issuing a voucher\/discount code for a future order;<\/li>\n\n
        • Refund of the amount for the respective item within 3 business days to a bank account provided by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \u00a05. Cases in Which a Complaint Is Not Accepted<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

          • Damage resulting from improper storage by the customer;<\/li>\n\n
          • Opened or already used products;<\/li>\n\n
          • Complaint submitted more than 48 hours after receipt;<\/li>\n\n
          • Products purchased outside our official online store;<\/li>\n\n
          • Promotional products marked as \"non-returnable\"
