Recipe for Mini Tarts with ZERO Jam
Ingredients for the dough:
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of cold butter
- 50 g of powdered sugar (or substitute with a sugar alternative if you want a lighter version)
- 1 egg yolk
- 2–3 tbsp of cold water
For the filling:
- 150 g of ZERO jam (e.g., from berries or any other favorite flavor)
Preparation
- Prepare the dough

Сложете маслото в брашното и разтрийте с пръсти, докато сместа прилича на трохи. - Add the egg yolk and cold water, mix quickly, and form a dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Shaping the tarts:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3 mm thickness. Cut out circles slightly larger than your tart molds. - Place the dough into the molds, gently press it against the sides, and trim the excess. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking
- Bake the tarts for 12–15 minutes until golden
- Once cooled, fill each mini tart with ZERO jam.
Tip:
You can add a little grated lemon zest or a pinch of cinnamon to the dough for extra flavor.
