If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations for an objective reason, you may submit a complaint in accordance with the conditions below.


 1. Acceptance of Complaints

Complaints are accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product upon delivery (spilled, broken, or with damaged or compromised packaging);
  • Product with an expired shelf life at the time of receipt;
  • Incorrect product received or part of the order is missing;
  • The product does not match the description on the website.

Please note that we do not accept complaints based solely on individual taste preferences.


 2. Timeframe for Submitting a Complaint

Please submit a complaint within 24 of receiving the shipmentby notifying us in writing using the contact information below. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the complaint will be resolved.


3. How to Submit a Complaint

  1. Send us an e-mail to office@jarcofoods.com or fill out the contact form on the website.
  2. Please mention:
    • Number of the order;
    • Short description of the problem;
    • Attach 1-3 clear pictures of the package and the product
  3. Our team will review the case and will contact you as soon as possible. Within 2 business days.

 4. Acceptance of a Complaint

If the complaint is approved, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement with a new product from the same series (within up to 3 business days);
  • Issuing a voucher/discount code for a future order;
  • Refund of the amount for the respective item within 3 business days to a bank account provided by the customer.

 5. Cases in Which a Complaint Is Not Accepted

  • Damage resulting from improper storage by the customer;
  • Opened or already used products;
  • Complaint submitted more than 48 hours after receipt;
  • Products purchased outside our official online store;
  • Promotional products marked as "non-returnable"
